The old vanity had run its course — laminate top worn through, hardware failing, and a footprint that no longer matched the rest of the bathroom's finishes. We kept the existing plumbing rough-in and swapped the whole unit: new cabinet, new quartz top, new sink and faucet, new hardware, re-leveled and sealed against the wall.

One fixture, one visit, done to the same standard as a full bathroom remodel.
